Thomas Chan holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Sports Physiotherapy both conferred by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained a Mediation Certificate from SPACE, University of Hong Kong. He is an accredited Mediator with Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre since 2011.
Thomas Chan is a registered physiotherapist is Hong Kong for over 10 years and he started his clinical practice in various government hospitals and non-government organizations, where he gained case management skills in rehabilitation.
With strong and solid medical background, since 2005, Thomas Chan started engaging his career in insurance related field and managed few hundred cases with a focus on workplace injury rehabilitation. This included arranging medical examination and coordination of rehabilitation treatment. He has also successfully mediated over 50 personal injury cases from various industries for full and final settlement.
