Profile
With 25 years of experience in the financial services sector in Asia I would hope to bring a large amount of commercial experience to any dispute that may require the assistance of either a mediator or negotiator. Experience includes all stages of corporate activity from incorporation, partnerships, private fund raising, public companies, trusts and family disputes, including asset valuation and asset tracing. Re-organisation and restructuring. A combination of technical skills in accounting, law and business with strong M & A execution and credit capabilities. Strengths include leadership, change management and multi cultural sensitivities. An open friendly people orientated personality with a result orientated technical foundation. A Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
