- Delay analyst in the preparation of a Mediation case (Civil Works) in Mainland China on behalf of the Developer – Analyzed contractor’s EOT and cost claim and the validity of the counter claims in the year of 2008.
- Co-facilitated over 13 sessions of Partnering Workshops for gov’t departments, Architects, Engineers and contracting firms between the year of 2008 & 2009.
- Passed HKIAC Mediation Training by David Newton & Peter Ho (The Accord Group, HKU Space) in Aug 2011
- As a Co-Mediator , supported Mr Colin Jesse in a major dispute case in the year of 2008. The parties reached a settlement at the Mediation Meeting and very pleased with the result.
