簡介
Before joining the legal profession, Yantl has extensive experiences in both consulting and business areas as a Service Management and Governance consultant. Her experiences include strategic planning, process design, requirements analysis and delivering training related to Service Management international best practices. She also played the role of sales and business development. Yantl helped customers in both private and public sectors in the Asia Pacific Region to plan for their Service Management solution roadmap.
Apart from PCLL, Yantl obtains the degrees of Bachelor of Science (Hons), Master of Philosophy and Juris Doctor. Yantl involves quite extensive in volunteer works, for example, she was active in the IT Service Management Forum, a non-profit organization, as a board member. Besides, Yantl also acts as a professional volunteer for a consulting firm, KEEP Consulting, to deliver business planning workshops to local social enterprises and non-governmental organizations.
