Justin Wong 黃敬聰

簡介

Justin was accredited by the HKIAC as a General Mediator in January 2010 and started his practice as a mediator with two building management disputes referred by the Lands Tribunal of the Hong Kong Judiciary. Justin has also acted as mediator for a commercial dispute between a subcontractor and a design consultancy and was recently appointed as the mediator for a commercial dispute relating to debt matters. Justin’s other mediation experience include contract advisory and mediation support for an airport regulator in Hong Kong in connection with a mediation proceeding relating an airport terminal building.

Justin is a senior consultant with EC Harris based in Hong Kong who has over 16 years of experience in construction projects, including engineering design, contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution. Prior to joining EC Harris, Justin was the resident geotechnical engineer for various highway projects in Hong Kong. With his further qualifications in law, construction project management and dispute resolution, Justin has been specialising in contract advisory, claims preparation / evaluation, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in recent years.
