Previously established Signal i.t. as a new venture to provide independent expert advisory services to customers on software asset management in Hong Kong and North Asia. Services range from broad business risk assessment to detailed analysis of licensing with initial focus on Oracle software. Currently extending services into customer/vendor and IP dispute resolution through mediation.
