I attended the Mediation Training Course conducted by Accord Group for HKU Space in May 2010 and became an Accredited General Mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in November 2011.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong (1985) and a Master of Science degree in Global Business from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (2003). My career started off in the field of education and publishing but was ultimately focused on Communications and Marketing. I have retired from my full time career since 2008 and am now serving as Secretary for Board of Directors for The HeArt Touch Charity Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to arts education for the underprivileged.
With 10 years’ experience working in a direct selling company, I have developed strong interpersonal and communications skills and can quickly form relationships of trust and understanding with people at all levels. Through active listening, I comprehend people’s needs and deal with their emotions. I can inspire hope and confidence among people by seeing creative options in the most difficult situation.
