Received training via HKIAC and accredited same institution. I am a chartered arbitrator, an accredited mediator and accredited adjudicator. Hold a master mariner qualification as well as a LLM in law. Also qualified as a chartered insurance practitioner. I have been an insurance loss adjuster since 1978 and over the years had handled more than 9500 cases of maritime insurance claims. I have been an arbitrator since 1995 and over the years have acted as sole arbitrator or member of a three man tribunal on numerous occasions. As for mediation, I have handled mainly non institutional mediations in insurance, charter parties, third party losses and contractual disputes.
