Started as a law clerk in 1984. Becoming a solicitor in 2000.
Work covered :- Handling various civil litigation cases involving disputes over corporate affairs, commercial contracts, tenancy, land/property, personal injuries, probate and estate administration, divorce cases involving children and financial provisions, including making proposals for amicable settlements and conducting settlement negotiations. Also, advising and handling various commercial and conveyancing transactions/deals, re-organisation of companies, setting up and administration of trusts, issues concerning employment and various non-contentious probate business. Appointed as a mediator for cases involving personal injuries, shareholders’ disputes and building management.
